Yes. A deposit of up to 30% of your total rental cost will be due after you book your bus.
Your full balance will be due 30 days prior to your start date.
Short trips are usually priced per hour while long, multi-day trips are priced per mile or per day.

Yes. Removable decorations are allowed. You are responsible for removing them after the event, however.

Yes. Alcohol is also allowed. You will be charged a cleaning fee if a mess is left, however.
All personal belongings and decorations should be removed from the bus after your event. It is recommended that leftover trash also be removed. Deep cleaning is not required.

No. Our operations teams will secure parking and staging areas prior to your event.
Drivers cannot work for more than 16 hours in one day. 13 hours is the maximum driving time allowed in a 24-hour period. For weddings, though, driving and break times are not typically a problem, as drivers will wait until passengers are busy enjoying their event to take breaks.
Tipping is at your discretion, but we recommend tipping your driver(s) 10-20% of the total cost of your rental. Cash tips are preferred.
Passengers typically pay their driver(s) a per diem to help cover food costs. Hotel accommodations are also to be covered by passengers on multi-day trips.
3-6 months is recommended, though sooner is always better to ensure your perfect bus is available.
