Yes. We can offer a 10% discount for nonprofits.
Yes. A deposit of up to 30% of your total rental cost will be due after you book your bus.
Your full balance will be due 30 days prior to your start date.
Short trips are usually priced per hour while long, multi-day trips are priced per mile or per day.
Passengers typically pay their driver(s) a per diem to help cover food costs. Hotel accommodations are also to be covered by passengers on multi-day trips.
Tipping is at your discretion, but we recommend tipping your driver(s) 10-20% of the total cost of your rental. Cash tips are preferred.
Drivers cannot work for more than 16 hours in one day. 13 hours is the maximum driving time allowed in a 24-hour period.

All personal belongings should be removed from the bus after your event. It is recommended that leftover trash also be removed. Deep cleaning is not required.
Charter buses are designed to hold one standard suitcase plus one carry-on item per passenger, plus some extra room for equipment or other luggage.
