Yes. You’ll just need to add one day to the beginning and one day to the end of your rental to account for the time it will take to wrap and unwrap your bus.
Yes. A deposit of up to 30% of your total rental cost will be due after you book your bus.
Your full balance will be due 30 days prior to your start date.
Short trips are usually priced per hour while long, multi-day trips are priced per mile or per day.
As many as you need. Whether you need one bus or one hundred, we’ll craft the perfect fleet for you.
Drivers cannot work for more than 16 hours in one day. 13 hours is the maximum driving time allowed in a 24-hour period.
Tipping is at your discretion, but we recommend tipping your driver(s) 10-20% of the total cost of your rental. Cash tips are preferred.
Passengers typically pay their driver(s) a per diem to help cover food costs. Hotel accommodations are also to be covered by passengers on multi-day trips.
No. Our operations teams will secure parking and staging areas prior to your event.
Yes. Alcohol is also allowed. You will be charged a cleaning fee if a mess is left, however.
